We’ll ask you what domain name you’d like and check if it’s available. For example, with our domain “skynet-ict.co.uk,” we can create emails like info@skynet-ict.co.uk or Bobby@skynet-ict.co.uk.

Depending on the number of emails to be transferred and the package you choose, setup can take anywhere from 1-3 days. We’ll ensure everything is up and running smoothly with minimal disruption to your workflow

Yes, the package includes only the initial setup and ongoing license management. Any further support, such as phone system changes, password resets, or other fixes, will be charged at our ad-hoc support rates: £22 for 0-15 minutes of remote support, or £60 per hour. For comprehensive support, including ongoing maintenance, consider upgrading to our “Elite Package.”

No, website hosting is not included in the package. If you need hosting for your website, we offer it as an additional service for £250 per year. Feel free to reach out if you’d like to add this option!

Yes, you can use your existing domain. We can either transfer the domain over to us for management, or if you prefer, you can provide us with your login details so we can access and set it up for you.
