Unlimited Remote and Onsite Support
RMM Software Installation: This software will be installed on all your desktops/laptops. It monitors the devices for hardware failures, allowing us to fix issues before they cause downtime. Additionally, it ensures your devices stay updated with the latest software updates.
Proactive Maintenance: Regular system check-ups and preventative measures to keep your IT infrastructure running smoothly.
Data Backup Monitoring: We monitor your backup systems to ensure your data is safe and recoverable.
Not Included in the Price:
Upgrades/Migrations: This includes server upgrades/replacements and email migrations.
Licenses: We are resellers of many licenses, including Microsoft. If you need any licenses, we will provide a quote beforehand.
Hardware: If you need any hardware, we will quote you beforehand. You will only be billed for the hardware, not the labor to fit/install it.
Most requests are investigated and resolved instantly over the phone. However, in some rare occasions, the resolution might take slightly longer depending on the complexity of the issue. Rest assured, we strive to address and resolve all issues as promptly as possible.

While we strive to provide timely assistance, please understand that responses may not be immediate, especially during late-night hours.
